Estimator

Description:

We sell furniture to the hospitality sector and our team is growing. We are currently hiring for Estimators. The candidate is responsible for providing quotations for the Sales department, using our company ERP system, Oracle Netsuite.

The job entails compilation, record-keeping, client correspondence, preparing quotations and presentations, coordinating with suppliers as well as the Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations using Netsuite
• Assist in preparing presentations
• Handle generic sales requests, questions and company information
• Communicate with suppliers for pricing and production information
• Deal with clients, interior designers, contractors
• Attend meetings if needed by Sales team
• Review quotes, BOQs, floorplans and other project-related material
• Ensures timely and smooth communication internally and externally via mails, phone and other media
• Perform any other special tasks, assignments or projects as requested by the company
