Etl / Big Data Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
>> Build robust ETL pipelines to extract and integrate data from 20+ diverse sources, including Salesforce, CRM platforms, and internal systems.
>> Perform complex data transformations for customer unification and insights generation.
>> Load and optimize data pipelines into Big Data platforms (AWS, Hadoop, or similar).
>> Implement and maintain data quality, deduplication, and validation logic.
>> Collaborate with Data Architects and Business Analysts to ensure alignment with business goals.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

>> 5–8 years in ETL development and data integration.
>> Hands-on with AWS Glue, Spark, Hive, Python/Scala, Redshift (strong plus!).
>> Strong understanding of data modeling, batch & streaming ingestion, and data governance.
>> Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for data sourcing.
>> Strong debugging, optimization, and documentation habits.
