CRUSH Agency is a luxury events boutique-agency based in Dubai and Paris, specialized in arts, music, and fashion.
We are looking for a new, Events Project Manager for the Dubai branch.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, creative and extremely detail-oriented, with a personal network of suppliers and/or potential new business.
Tasks:
- Event management (concept creation, set design creation, …)
- Suppliers management
- Logistics scheduling
- Budgeting & Invoicing
- Administrative work
- Customer Relationship Management
- Commercial Development of the agency (prospecting new clients, …)
Profile Required:
- 2-3 years minimum of relevant experience in the events industry
Good knowledge of Dubai and the GCC
Interest in Arts and Music are a plus
- Perfect written & spoken English
- Proficient in Excel and powerpoint
- Very detail oriented
- Very independent and autonomous
- French and Arabic are a plus
