Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Enquiry Response Team as an Enquiry Response Specialist. This challenging and rewarding position involves the following.

Responsibilities:

Enquiry Handling: Preparing quotations, Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and telephone.

Industry Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the events industry, specifically dealing with equipment such as Trussing, Sound Systems Lighting, Staging, LED screens, Special Effects, and Entertainments.

Event Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of various event types, including conferences, gala dinners, product launches, weddings, staff gatherings, and parties.

Technical Expertise: Understanding of technical aspects related to events, including floor plans, rigging plots, power supply requirements, generator specifications, and chain motors.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with an events company, specifically dealing with equipment related to Trussing, Lighting, Staging, LED screens, Special Effects, and Entertainments.

Strong communication skills to effectively respond to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and telephone.

In-depth knowledge of various event types and their specific equipment requirements.
