Description:
The ideal candidate will drive revenue by selling studio space, live broadcast services, hybrid/virtual event solutions, and branded content opportunities, and will have strong connections in the corporate, media, agency, and events ecosystem in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for studio-based events, live streaming, webinars, product launches, panel discussions, and corporate broadcasts
- Pitch event solutions to corporates, agencies, event companies, PR firms, and government entities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations for clients
- Coordinate with production, technical, and creative teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the studio
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (branding, sponsorships, content packages, post-event media)
Requirements & Skills
- 2 years of experience in event sales, media sales, studio sales, or production services sales
- Strong understanding of corporate events, live streaming, TV studios, digital media, or broadcast production
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Established client network in Dubai (corporates, agencies, event planners – preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal preparation
- UAE driving license is an advantage
