The role involves generating leads offline by actively engaging with the market, and converting these leads into successful partnerships. The Events Sales Manager will operate within Dubai and will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through proactive offline engagement within the Dubai market.
• Build and nurture client relationships to understand their event needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Freakout Events.
• Respond promptly to leads, providing detailed proposals and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in #sales, preferably in the events or related industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with the Dubai events market.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
