Al Dahab Exchange is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Exchange Teller to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in handling cash transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out foreign currency exchange and remittance transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle cash responsibly while ensuring correct cash balances at all times.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Promote exchange products and services to support branch sales targets.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal company policies.
- Maintain proper transaction records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service; experience in exchange houses or financial services is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse customers.
- Willingness to relocate within any Emirate as per business requirements.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
- Open to all nationalities.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
