Executive – Air Freight Operations

Navigators Logistica is hiring an Executive for Air Freight Operations to manage end-to-end coordination of air freight shipments. The role involves communication with stakeholders, documentation handling, and ensuring compliance with airfreight procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air freight shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Liaise with airlines, agents, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage essential documentation including Air Waybills (AWBs) and delivery orders.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in air freight forwarding within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of airfreight procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
