Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and executive-level communications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and key projects.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing correspondence, contracts, and official documents.
- Support business development efforts by conducting research and preparing relevant materials.
- Liaise with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an executive support role.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
- Experience handling contracts, proposals, and project-related documents is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
