A reputable organization in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and professional staff. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and enhancing organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective secretarial and administrative assistance to management, enabling seamless workflow.
Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to create, edit, and format documents in line with company standards.
Collect, input, and transcribe data to prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence.
Maintain and organize correspondence, records, and data files to support efficient information retrieval.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring proper setup of equipment and facilities to optimize productivity.
Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure excellent client and stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage incoming mail and documents, ensuring prompt delivery to appropriate recipients.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive company information and internal policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree holder.
2 to 3 years of proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in managing confidential information.
