Description:Are you ready to support a senior executive in a fast-paced Dubai environment? Royal Swiss Auto Services LLC is seeking a dependable Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and scheduling support to the GCEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the GCEO’s calendar, arranging internal and external meetings and ensuring smooth scheduling.
- Respond to scheduling requests from other departments and stakeholders, organizing appointments and follow-ups.
- Prioritise commitments and make timely adjustments to the schedule based on urgency and business needs.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including preparing and organising documents, reports, and presentations for executive use.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE work experience (as stated).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy executive calendar.
- Comfortable preparing professional documentation and executive-level presentations.
- Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with care.
- Able to coordinate with multiple departments and respond quickly to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month (dependent on experience).
