Description:
We are hiring a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant / HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR & Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily executive and administrative support (emails, scheduling, documentation).
- HR coordination: onboarding, employee files, attendance/leave updates, and Bayzat support.
- Visa processing: applying for employment visas, maids/domestic worker visas, coordinating medical tests, Emirates ID, renewals, and cancellations.
- PRO services support: preparing documents, government portal submissions (DIFC, GDRFA), and follow-ups with service centers.
- Insurance coordination: assisting with medical insurance, car insurance, additions/deletions, renewals, claims follow-up, and documentation.
- Office & property administration: Ejari/DEWA coordination, vendor follow-ups, logistics/shipping assistance.
- Communication and follow-ups with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in administration, HR, insurance coordination, or PRO support roles.
- Experience with UAE visa processes (employment + domestic workers).
- Familiarity with medical insurance and motor insurance processes is an advantage.
- Strong English communication; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Bayzat experience is a plus.
- Flexible working timings when required.
