Description:
Future Tense HR is hiring on behalf of a Dubai-based organization for a confident, smart, and highly organized Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate should be able to manage executive-level schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior management.
This role requires strong communication abilities, professional behavior, and the capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining accuracy and discretion in all assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal/external communications
• Provide full administrative and clerical support to senior management
• Handle email correspondence, documentation, and office coordination tasks
• Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and business engagements when required
• Maintain records, reports, and confidential company information securely
• Support management with day-to-day operational and administrative needs
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Admin roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional corporate presentation and etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
