Description:
A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant . This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can provide executive-level support while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced business.
The successful candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate communications, prepare business documents, and support operational activities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items.
• Support office administration and daily operational activities.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain executive workflows using Zoho and Monday.com.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
• Previous experience in an agency or financial services environment is essential.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Zoho, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Executive calendar management, business communications, and office administration.
• Executive support, workflow coordination, and stakeholder management.
