Description:
Abdalla Alowais Advocates and Legal Consultants L.L.C S.O.C is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and executive support to the Legal Director. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage executive-level responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced legal environment.
The successful candidate will coordinate daily administrative activities, manage schedules, prepare documentation, and facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Legal Director.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate communication with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and administrative records.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes when required.
• Ensure the smooth coordination of daily executive and office operations.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Executive administration and calendar management.
• Microsoft Office applications and document preparation.
• Business correspondence, record management, and office coordination.
