Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant and equipment activities, including earthmoving and construction equipment.
• Handle equipment mobilization/demobilization, gate passes and client approvals.
• Coordinate third-party testing, inspection and certification.
• Follow up on preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain equipment documentation, certifications and records.
• Coordinate equipment logistics and ensure timely site availability.
• Liaise with site teams, clients, vendors and third-party agencies.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in equipment/plant coordination in construction or Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of equipment documentation, certification and mobilization.
• Energetic, proactive and hands-on site coordinator.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
