Your focus will include:

• Scaling Compliance & Risk recruitment across the UK, USA and UAE
• Managing senior-level, long-term client relationships
• Delivering retained and contingent search at mid-to-senior level
• Expanding into new sectors or geographies where you see opportunity
• Helping shape the commercial direction of the business
