Description:
Hiring Executive Secretary
Duties:
- Create a long term schedule for the CEO.
- Ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings.
- Manage the the CEO’s phone calls.
- Conduct any research the CEO needs.
- Make travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO.
- Problem solve any issues that the CEO requests.
- Schedule meetings for the CEO.
- Communicate between the CEO and employees when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Top of the line organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain an accurate calendar.
- Great planning abilities.
- Amazing interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines.
- Incredible communication skills.
- Great skills using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Arabic Speakers Only.
- Minimum 1 year experience is required.
- Reporting structure: The Executive Secretary will be reporting to the CEO.
