Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2+ years in GCC.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • As an Executive Secretary you are responsible to provide a full range of executive secretarial and administrative support activities for the CEO, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the executive office.
  • Pro-actively carrying out highly confidential and sensitive administrative and secretarial tasks to support the CEO to enable the execution of the divisional operational goals.

· Coordinating and managing the daily schedule, correspondence, and travel.

· Assisting in coordinating the agenda of Senior Management meetings and all staff meetings.

Creating and maintaining confidential files, correspondence, records etc.

· Liaising with external and internal contacts with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
