Key Responsibilities:

- Perform blood collection and preparation procedures following established protocols.

- Conduct blood tests and analyses to ensure accurate results.

- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and in proper working order.

- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in the lab and during blood handling procedures.

- Assist in the management of blood inventory, including labeling, storage, and documentation.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide necessary support.

- Participate in quality control and assurance measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- Keep accurate records of all laboratory activities and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field with 2 years of experience in clinical diagnostics lab.
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field with 3 years of experience in clinical diagnostics lab.
• Certification:
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a recognized university with Eligibility letter from DOH/DHA/MOH
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
