Job Responsibility: -

· As our Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in it.

v Community Specialist – Damac Hills, Dubai Hills, Villa Nova, Mira & Mira Oasis. (In-depth Knowledge of the area you specialize)

· Attend events and property launches organized by developers

· Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations

· Keep up to date with market trends and best practices

· Networking, Referral closure, client relationship building.

· Excellent Customer service skills

· In-depth Product Knowledge

· Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the off plan property value, discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

RERA certified preferred

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.

Proven experience in real estate.

Sound knowledge of real estate laws.

Strong negotiation skills.

Goal oriented with a focus on personal development

Great Presentation and Interpersonal skills

Zeal and Hunger to be a millionaire

UAE DL & Own Car
