Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients and customers.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and new products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive and accurate customer database.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales within the ophthalmology product line and projects.
- Extensive customer database in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
- Proficient in explaining technical information to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
