Export Operations Executive

Description:

Zanaya Shipping Services LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Export Operations Executive to join its shipping and logistics team in Sharjah , UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding operations and the ability to manage export processes efficiently while coordinating with clients, shipping lines, and service providers.

The successful candidate will handle shipment arrangements, export documentation, freight coordination, and tracking activities to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement. Candidates with strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and logistics operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange container bookings with shipping lines and logistics agents.

• Request, evaluate, and compare freight quotations from service providers.

• Prepare, review, and verify export documentation including SI, BL, ED, and related documents.

• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities for shipment requirements.

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.

• Support daily export operations and resolve shipment-related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

• Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and Incoterms.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Export documentation and shipping procedures

 • Freight forwarding operations and customs coordination

 • International trade terms (Incoterms) and logistics systems
