Export Sales Executive

Al Barakah Dates Factory LLC is a global leader in premium date-based ingredients. We serve clients across the world with innovative and natural food solutions including Date Paste, Syrups, Powder, Chopped Dates, and more.

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who will focus on identifying and acquiring new overseas customers while also managing and growing local business in the UAE. This role is critical in expanding our reach in international B2B markets while supporting our UAE client base.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

International & Local Market Development:

  • Identify and convert new business leads in overseas and local (UAE) markets
  • Conduct online market research and proactively reach out to B2B customers
  • Follow up on past leads, trade show connections, and incoming inquiries
  • Analyze global trends and competitor movements to position our products effectively

Customer Engagement & Account Management:

  • Manage inquiries via email, phone, website, WhatsApp, and social platforms
  • Conduct client meetings and calls to understand needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with UAE-based clients to increase repeat business
  • Attend and prepare for trade exhibitions by targeting key potential buyers

Sales Coordination & Support:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, production) to ensure smooth order execution
  • Support in documentation, order tracking, and customer follow-ups
  • Learn ERP functions such as creating Proforma Invoices for business continuity

Market Intelligence & Promotion:

  • Support UAE retail marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Monitor pricing, product positioning, and competitor activity across regions
  • Educate clients on the unique benefits of natural date-based ingredients

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B food ingredients or FMCG sales, preferably with export focus
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office & ERP tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally
