Facilities Management Recruiter

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruiter to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both overseas and local recruitment, covering a wide range of blue-collar and white-collar positions. This role requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of UAE labor processes, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Handle overseas recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interviews, and coordination with external agencies.
  • Conduct local hiring through job portals, referrals, and walk-in candidates.
  • Coordinate closely with PRO and HR teams for visa processing, entry permits, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Screen CVs, arrange interviews, follow up with candidates, and prepare offer letters.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and MoHRE regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring data, and regular status reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Available to join immediately.
  • Prior recruitment experience within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
