Facilities Supervisor

OBS Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and organized Facilities Supervisor to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry who are capable of overseeing daily operations while ensuring properties and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise facility operations, and work closely with internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient building management. Immediate joiners with strong communication skills and a valid UAE driving license are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily facilities management and maintenance operations.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure quality standards are met.

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and operational efficiency.

• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Facilities Management industry.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma is required.

• Proficiency in both English and Hindi.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
