Facility Supervisor

Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor with strong technical skills and hands-on expertise in Ammonia Plant operations, HVAC systems, and facility maintenance. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, compliance, and smooth operation of our high-risk ammonia refrigeration systems.

Minimum Requirement / Qualification

· Qualification: Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· 4–6 years of facility management experience, with a focus on Ammonia Plant systems

· In-depth knowledge of HVAC, QHSE, and industrial safety standards

· Strong leadership skills and experience managing contractors and technical teams

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the Ammonia Plant system, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with AMC for scheduled maintenance

· Supervise HVAC, building maintenance, fire safety, and emergency systems

· Enforce QHSE protocols and conduct safety inspections

· Manage AMC vendors and ensure timely PPM
