Expert Recruitment LLC is supporting a reputable UAE-based organisation to recruit an experienced Factory In Charge for a joinery/carpentry manufacturing facility. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily factory operations, supervise teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in joinery or carpentry manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, joinery techniques, and production workflows.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate and organise teams.
• Troubleshooting ability to identify production issues and implement practical solutions.
• Familiarity with HSE and safety standards relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Diploma/Degree in woodworking, carpentry, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise carpenters, machinists, and assembly personnel to meet production targets.
• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain quality control across all production stages and enforce workmanship standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor budgets, flagging variances and suggesting improvements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and logistics teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow.
• Oversee inventory and resource management, ensuring materials and spare parts are tracked and available.
• Enforce safety compliance and promote best practices on the shop floor.
