Description:
We are seeking a professional and organized F&B Secretary to support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operations of the club. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to both the office and restaurant, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support both F&B office administration and restaurant operational needs
- Manage calendars, correspondence, meeting coordination, and record-keeping
- Organize promotional activities, supplier appointments, and assist with events
- Maintain HACCP and audit documentation across outlets
- Handle SAP-related tasks (PRs, reservations, postings, reimbursements)
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Government Relations on relevant matters
- Generate reports (e.g., comment cards, attendance, payroll support)
- Assist in creating flow charts, printing requests, and hierarchy updates
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in an F&B or hospitality setting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
