Federal Engineering Consultants Design Studio

is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer/3D Visualizer to join our Design Studio team in Dubai.

 

Key Roles:

•⁠ ⁠Design CAD furniture layouts for interior spaces including residential, commercial and hospitality

•⁠ ⁠Design 3D models for interior spaces based on the approved CAD plans and dimensions

•⁠ ⁠Create high-quality photo realistic interior 3D Renders

•⁠ ⁠Interior 3D animation Video is a big plus skill.

•⁠ ⁠Create material boards based on the design and allocating local suppliers for each material

•⁠ ⁠Working on cut sheets based on the design and finishing schedule

•⁠ ⁠Architectural experience in CAD for designing functional interior plans and sections.

 

Coordination Key Roles:

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with the Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Construction Supervision teams to ensure seamless project execution.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee the material procurement process, ensuring alignment between client expectations and contractor delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare mood boards with materials, FF&E direction, color scheme and mood images references for clients.

•⁠ ⁠Directly engage with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, both locally in Dubai and internationally, ensuring designs meet market-leading standards.

 

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional ability to create 3D models for interior design using 3D max

•⁠ ⁠Realistic Rendering using Corona rendering

•⁠ ⁠3D animation videos is a big plus

•⁠ ⁠Comprehensive knowledge of interior design trends and materials awareness in the Dubai market.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Russian is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with different teams to deliver exceptional results.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings

 

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠3Ds MAX work experience is a must

•⁠ ⁠Corona rendering experience is a must

•⁠ ⁠post-production software work experience is a must using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

unreal engine is a big plus

•⁠ ⁠3D animation video is a big plus

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in Dubai's interior design market is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of creating functional and innovative design solutions

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture

•⁠ ⁠Strong technical skills in execution

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proven track record in Dubai-based projects.
• Strong technical expertise in 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, D5 Render, Cinema 4D, Photoshop.
• Portfolio showcasing luxury / high-end interior projects.
• Demonstrated discipline and energy in meeting deadlines and producing quality outputs.
