Female Secretary

 

Description:

Looking for a Female Secretary to join our team at the Dubai Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
Organize meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel logistics.
Update databases, maintain confidential files, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Greet visitors, clients, and guests, serving as the organization's representative.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·        Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
·        Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
·        Ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
·        Prior experience in administration or clerical roles is preferred.

Must be currently based in the UAE.
