Ff&e Sales Executive

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, a strong understanding of high-end contemporary interiors, and a proven ability to build relationships within the architecture and design community.

You will be responsible for driving sales of our curated FF&E collections, from initial client contact through to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and private clients

• Provide expert product knowledge and consultative sales support across furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories, and finishes

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client presentations, quotations, closing, and after-sales follow-up

• Interpret project briefs and assist clients in FF&E selections that align with their vision and budget

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and product innovations to bring fresh solutions to client projects

• Represent the brand at industry events, design fairs, and showroom presentations

• Maintain CRM systems, prepare sales reports, and achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in FF&E sales, preferably within luxury interiors or design-related industries

• Strong knowledge of FF&E and understanding of the design and specification process

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to read and interpret interior plans and mood boards

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD or design software is a bonus

• Passion for design and a polished, professional presence
