We are a leading advertising and event solutions company seeking experienced and driven individuals to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies — with a focus on event activations, exhibitions, brand experiences, and corporate engagements — helping our clients reach their goals and audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for advertising, events, and exhibitions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
- Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to deliver outstanding event and exhibition experiences
- Negotiate and close deals, while handling objections and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collect client feedback and support continuous improvement in service delivery
- Prepare detailed and timely sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in event management, exhibitions, or advertising
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the event and exhibition industry in the UAE and GCC region
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- UAE Valid Driving License
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
