Clarion Shipping, a reputed name in the freight forwarding and logistics industry in the UAE, is currently hiring a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand its client base and enhance service delivery.

The role is best suited for ambitious individuals who have a foundational understanding of freight forwarding operations and are passionate about client acquisition, relationship building, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the logistics and shipping sector.

• Promote Clarion Shipping’s freight forwarding services and provide tailored solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct client visits and presentations to understand and fulfill logistical needs.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.

• Maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM software regularly.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics is mandatory.

• Strong client engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
