Field Sales Representative

 

Description:

The Sales Executive – Field Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets through field-based activities. This role requires strong B2B selling skills, a deep understanding of PPE and industrial products, and the ability to tailor solutions for clients in construction, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B sales, ideally in PPE, safety equipment, construction, or industrial products.
  • Experience handling direct sales, client visits, and cold calling in industrial or construction sectors.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of PPE products and recommend solutions based on client needs.
  • Familiarity with UAE market (especially construction, oil & gas, manufacturing sectors) and experience with CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with PPE or fast-moving consumer durable product lines and ability to propose tailored solutions.
  • Experience in marketing and key account development.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets through cold calls, field visits, and follow-ups in different regions (as assigned)

  • Market research and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the specific industry of the company (such as safety equipment, construction, industrial products, or manufacturing) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
