Description:
The Sales Executive – Field Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets through field-based activities. This role requires strong B2B selling skills, a deep understanding of PPE and industrial products, and the ability to tailor solutions for clients in construction, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B sales, ideally in PPE, safety equipment, construction, or industrial products.
- Experience handling direct sales, client visits, and cold calling in industrial or construction sectors.
- Ability to understand technical specifications of PPE products and recommend solutions based on client needs.
- Familiarity with UAE market (especially construction, oil & gas, manufacturing sectors) and experience with CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Familiarity with PPE or fast-moving consumer durable product lines and ability to propose tailored solutions.
- Experience in marketing and key account development.
- Ability to achieve sales targets through cold calls, field visits, and follow-ups in different regions (as assigned)

- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
