Finance and Accounting Manager

Elegant Qubes Decoration LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in project-based businesses, particularly within the exhibitions, interior fit-out, or construction sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, managing budgets and cash flow, and maintaining compliance with UAE financial regulations. Candidates with a CMA qualification and proven leadership experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end closing activities.

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support business operations.

• Monitor project costing, financial performance, and profitability across projects.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and corporate tax requirements.

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team while improving financial processes and controls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

• Previous experience in exhibitions, interior fit-out, or project-based businesses is preferred.

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and project costing.

• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance.

• CMA qualification is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Financial reporting standards and accounting principles.

    • Budgeting, forecasting, project costing, and financial analysis.

    • UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax compliance, and internal financial controls.
