Key Responsibilities:

 

Human Resources:

 

Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Oversee employee relations, development, and performance management initiatives.

 

Finance:

 

Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll processing, and expense management.

Collaborate closely with the finance team to execute accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Establish and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

Proven track record in both HR and finance roles, with a preference for experience in the hospitality sector.

Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and financial principles.
