Finance Executive

A growing organization in the holiday home and short-term rental sector is seeking a skilled Finance Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is suited for candidates with solid UAE experience and a strong background in financial operations within holiday homes, hospitality, short-term rentals, or real estate. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-versed in accounting systems, and capable of handling day-to-day financial tasks with accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Prior experience in holiday homes, hospitality, short-term rentals, or real estate is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Hostaway and QuickBooks accounting software is required.
• Practical experience managing OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations and basic statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent reconciliation and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage financial records accurately and support audits when required.
• UAE market experience is mandatory for this position.
• Only candidates with proven UAE real estate or related industry experience will be considered.
• Profiles without relevant UAE experience will not be shortlisted.
