Finance Executive

Description:

EcoFloor is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE finance operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily financial records
• Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor coordination
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations
• Support VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Assist during audits and manage financial documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Intern
• Minimum 2+ years of UAE finance/accounting experience
• Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
