Role Overview

• Support payroll processes by preparing inputs and validating employee data
• Assist in generating and analyzing MIS reports for management review
• Maintain employee records and financial data in HR/finance systems
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline workflows

Eligibility & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Interest in payroll processes and MIS reporting (not core finance)
• Only open to Dubai residents
