Finance Manager

Description:

Hiring Finance Manager for an exciting Real Estate company based here in Dubai. This is a permanent position and Visa, Healthcare and company benefits will be provided.

The salary for this position will be 18k AED – 20k AED per month plus benefits. Candidates will ideally have Real estate experience within the UAE.

Key responsibilities are below;

• To liaise with Banks for securing finance/loans/ OD/ working capital
• Liaise with RERA for property related matters
• Implementation of ERP solutions related to accounts/finance
• Compliance to matters related to AML/ESR
• Managing all accounting work, financial preparations, statutory returns and audits
• Consolidation of accounts for all companies
• Preparing MIS reports for management
• Preparing financial polices related to payables, receivables and enforcing them
• Should be proactive in his responsibilities and a team player
• Prepare, Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annually financial reporting
• Coordination and Assistance in Audit and balance sheet preparation
