Finance Manager

TCG is actively searching for a highly skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our client’s expanding technology software company. This role demands a professional who excels in financial planning, SaaS metrics, and operational finance, and who can help steer strategic decisions, boost financial performance, and contribute to a fast-scaling growth journey. 🚀

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
▪ Take ownership of creating annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models.
▪ Evaluate SaaS performance metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV) and deliver actionable recommendations.
▪ Monitor actual performance against projections, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.

Reporting & Compliance:
▪ Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements for leadership and investors.
▪ Ensure adherence to all tax obligations, financial regulations, and internal control policies.
▪ Coordinate audit activities and serve as a liaison with external auditors and relevant authorities.

Cash Flow & Cost Management:
▪ Manage cash flow forecasts, oversee accounts receivable/payable, and handle treasury operations.
▪ Track departmental expenses and introduce cost-efficiency initiatives.

Revenue & Billing Oversight:
▪ Guarantee precise revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 standards.
▪ Partner with sales and legal teams to refine contract reviews and billing cycles.

Strategic Financial Support:
▪ Assist with strategic projects such as fundraising, M&A reviews, and new business model strategies.
▪ Develop investor presentations, financial due diligence documents, and scenario-based reports.

Systems & Process Improvement:
▪ Administer financial tools and platforms to enhance automation and data accuracy.
▪ Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and improve reporting precision.

Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (advanced certifications like MBA, CPA, or CMA are a plus).
▪ At least 5 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or startup sectors.
▪ Strong grasp of SaaS metrics and revenue modeling.
▪ Skilled in financial modeling and familiar with platforms like Excel, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or equivalent ERP systems.
▪ Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
▪ Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
