Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and strengthen finance operations across the GCC for EJAR. This senior role will own tax strategy, consolidated financial reporting, treasury, and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team while managing and developing finance teams across multiple countries.
What You’ll Do:
- Tax Strategy Leadership: spearhead tax planning and ensure compliance across UAE, Qatar and KSA, optimizing local structures and minimizing risks.
- Financial Reporting Excellence: prepare consolidated IFRS financial statements, manage external audits and provide timely, insightful reporting to senior leadership.
- Treasury & Banking: oversee banking relationships, manage trade finance facilities and work on capital structure and liquidity optimisation.
- Strategic Partnership: partner with the CEO and senior management to deliver data-driven analysis, long-term financial models and support major business decisions.
- Team Leadership & Systems: recruit, mentor and upskill finance teams across branches; lead or support ERP implementation and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 10–15 years in finance with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
- Credentials: CPA / ACCA / ACA preferred.
- Technical Skills: strong IFRS knowledge, multi-entity consolidation experience and deep familiarity with GCC VAT and cross-border tax/regulatory frameworks.
- Treasury Experience: demonstrable trade finance and treasury management background.
- Industry Fit: experience in equipment rental / heavy machinery is an advantage.
- Languages: fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
