Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager – Internal Accounts to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax, with the ability to manage internal financial operations efficiently and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including accurate filings and reporting.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Lead internal audits and implement effective financial controls and procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance and accounting staff.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making by management.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, liabilities, income, and expenditure.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA, Finalist CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a consultancy or professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
