Position Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities while safeguarding the company’s financial stability. This role plays a key part in supporting senior leadership through accurate insights, strategic recommendations, and robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, management reports, and KPIs to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor spending, manage cash flow efficiently, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Assess potential investments and business opportunities, providing data-driven financial evaluations.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting performance excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management or a comparable leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical abilities with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-Have

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CMA are preferred.
