Description:

Nayak International is hiring a Finance Manager to lead and manage financial operations for its UAE business. This role is suited for a strategic finance professional who can oversee day-to-day financial activities while supporting senior management with insights that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
• Oversee cash flow management, payroll activities, and overall financial compliance
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business planning and decisions
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure strong internal control frameworks
• Ensure full compliance with VAT requirements and UAE financial regulations

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working as a Finance Manager within the UAE
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
