Finance Manager

Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manager – Finance to support the operations of a UAE-based client in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals currently based in Karachi, Pakistan, who are open and willing to relocate to Dubai for a long-term career role.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations and reporting standards
• Supervise accounting functions such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal senior management teams
• Deliver financial analysis and actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA Qualified or CA Finalist
• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks
• Prior exposure to UAE clients or familiarity with UAE regulations is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Must be willing and able to relocate to Dubai
