Mindfield Resources is currently hiring an experienced Finance Manager – FMCG for a leading FMCG distribution company operating in the UAE. This role is suited for finance professionals with a strong background in FMCG distribution and proven expertise in managing end-to-end financial operations within the UAE market.

• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, with mandatory UAE exposure.
• Prior experience must be strictly from FMCG distribution companies; candidates from other industries will not be considered.
• Strong hands-on expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to manage financial controls, ensure regulatory adherence, and support business decision-making.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is required for this position.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
