Finance Manager

Champs UAE, a leading company in the Sports & Fitness industry, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience, preferably within the UAE, along with strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role requires excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage financial processes efficiently while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations and accounting activities.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and management accounts.

• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.

• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

• Monitor cash flow and maintain effective financial controls.

• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit activities.

• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10–12 years of accounting experience.

• UAE accounting experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting and budgeting.

• UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Accounting software and financial management systems.
