We are looking for a finance professional who can drive financial excellence, support strategic growth, and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Financial reporting and analysis

• Cash flow and cost management

• CAPEX planning and lifecycle financial support

• ERP and financial systems management

• Internal controls, audits, and compliance

• Lead and mentor the finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting

• Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction, or similar industries is preferred

• ERP systems knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
